Subscription plans

Compare all-model plan prices, usage allowances and validity, and understand credit deductions and the requirements for API access.

Current status: preview, not available for purchase

The table uses the same plan data as the current pricing page. These four all-model plans are previews: they cannot be purchased, and registration, key creation or plan selection does not grant credit. Existing account entitlements depend on your actual subscription and order.

Plan comparison

Prices are in US dollars (USD) per 30-day period. Usage credit is measured at official model API prices; it is not wallet balance, a fixed token count or a fixed number of conversations.

“All models” describes the intended plan scope. Model availability, supported endpoints and key permissions must still be checked separately; this table does not grant access to every model on your current account.

Choosing a plan

Lite $19 / 30 days

Includes $35 of usage credit measured at official API prices. Suitable for personal projects, light coding and model exploration.

Pro $99 / 30 days

Includes $210 of usage credit measured at official API prices. Suitable for daily coding, document processing and regular personal workflows.

Max $199 / 30 days

Includes $500 of usage credit measured at official API prices. Suitable for frequent development, longer contexts and multi-model tasks.

These use cases are budgeting guidance, not separate speed, concurrency or service-level guarantees. Review actual usage and estimate the next 30 days before choosing a tier; conversation count alone is not a reliable comparison.

What is usage credit?

The all-model preview measures usage at official API prices, with one shared allowance across models. Text usage depends on input, output and applicable cache rates; image and video usage depends on the model’s billing units.

Usage creditAn allowance measured at official API prices, not cash balanceLite: $35

Example credit deduction

If a request uses $1 at official API prices, it consumes $1 of usage credit, or 1% of Lite’s $35 allowance. This does not mean an additional $1 is charged to your payment card for that request.

Input cost + output cost + applicable cache or media cost = credit used

Only when the full allowance is used does Lite have a budgeting ratio of $19 ÷ $35 = 0.54. Unused credit changes the realized value. The credit multiplier is not a token multiplier, speed multiplier or cash rebate.

How to check model access

  1. Open the model catalog, find the model and copy its full model ID. Model catalog
  2. Check the supported endpoints, input/output capabilities and prices. A catalog listing does not itself grant your key access.
  3. Review the key’s product, group and model restrictions in API Keys, then check your available balance or actual subscription entitlements. API Keys
  4. Send a small request to a supported endpoint and check its model, status and funding source in Usage. Usage

Higher-priced models, long contexts and media generation may use credit faster. Model status, endpoints and prices can change; check the current catalog before integrating.

Requirements for API access

API calls require an active account, a valid API key, permission for the selected model and funds or actual subscription credit eligible for the request. Creating a key does not activate a plan or provide free credit.

Tools such as Codex and Claude Code connect through their supported API protocols. CC Switch is an optional configuration tool for managing multiple API key profiles and switching them with one click. It does not provide credit or change prices or account permissions.

How to start using the API now

  1. Sign in to OpenOxAI and open Pay as you go on the pricing page to review available funding options and the payment amount. Pay-as-you-go funding
  2. After funding, verify the available amount in your account and create an API key with the required access.
  3. Configure the base URL, model ID and key using the client guide, send a short request, and check consumption in Usage.

Validity, allowances and limits

ItemDetails
PeriodEach period is 30 days, not a calendar month.
Credit expiryThe preview states that credit expires at the end of each 30-day period; do not treat it as permanently accumulating balance.
Daily / rolling windowsDaily resets and rolling windows are not published for these previews; other products’ daily caps do not define these plans.
RPM / TPM / concurrencyTier-specific limits are not published. This does not imply unlimited rate or concurrency; key, account and model restrictions still apply.
After credit is exhaustedThese plans are not live; automatic wallet fallback, upgrades and overage calls are not promised. Check the actual order rules when available.
Renewal, upgrades and refundsSpecific rules are not published in the preview; automatic renewal, prorated upgrades and unconditional refunds are not established. Review the order and applicable terms before paying.

Frequently asked questions

Does registration include free API credit?

The current all-model pricing page lists no Free plan or registration credit grant. Registration and key creation do not imply free requests; check your actual funds and entitlements.

Why are plans visible but payment is unavailable?

They are previews showing proposed prices and allowances. Payment is unavailable at this stage; CC Switch or another key will not unlock checkout.

Does a provider’s own subscription pay for this API?

Do not assume so. A third-party product subscription, OpenOxAI balance and an actual OpenOxAI subscription are separate billing arrangements. Requests here need eligible funds or entitlements on this account.

What if my existing subscription is different?

This article explains the public all-model preview and does not redefine existing orders. Product-specific subscriptions may have different periods, daily allowances and model scopes; consult your actual subscription details.
