Installation and initialization

Complete the installation and onboard first, and let OpenClaw prepare the local configuration skeleton and daemon.

OpenClaw installation
npm install -g openclaw@latest
openclaw onboard --install-daemon
💡

Tip

The official document entrance is docs.openclaw.ai. First click the official installation, then return to this page to fill in the values of OpenOx's Claude parameters.

  "api": "anthropic-messages",
  "baseUrl": "https://api.openoxai.com",
  "apiKey": "sk-YOUR_OPENOX_API_KEY"

Points of Attention and Continue Reading

OpenClaw is only the entry layer configuration, and the bottom layer still relies on the OpenOx Claude link you have run through.

💡

Tip

This page only covers the Claude channel, and does not mix the Codex / OpenAI Responses paths into the same configuration for the time being.
💡

Tip

If you need to manage multiple clients in a unified manner, first use CC Switch to handle local configuration, and then return to OpenClaw for channel access.
⚠️

Note

Once a 401 or connection exception occurs, first go back and check whether the baseUrl and token on the Claude Code page have been verified.
